UK Mainland - Deliveries | 3 – 4 Working Days

All orders over £100 (exc VAT) are free of charge

UK Offshore Islands & Scottish Highlands | 3 – 5 Working Days

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout stage.

Northern Ireland Deliveries | 3 – 5 Working Days

Free Delivery – Order Value £2,000 net +

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout stage for orders under £2000 net and above £500 net.

Channel Island Deliveries | 3 – 5 Working Days

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout stage.

Timescales

Orders placed before 10pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched in two working days. Orders placed on a weekend, will be despatched the following Wednesday.

Service

Delivery schedules stated above are calculated from Order Date. Orders are normally received within 2 working days from Despatch Date. 

An expected delivery time may be advised by your courier service. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday. In the first instance, please use the courier's service to manage your delivery.

Confirmation of despatch, complete with final invoice, will be emailed to your registered email address on the day of despatch.

Delivery times are not binding and are subject to Bank Holidays.

Accepting an Order

All orders are packed into suitable boxes. Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders in immaculate condition, occasionally problems can occur in transit.

If there are any visible signs of damage to the exterior cartons, please make your delivery courier aware of this and contact customer service on 01226 XXXXXX or email help@directwholesale.co.uk immediately.

Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.

Failed Deliveries

If our courier attempts delivery, and no one is present to accept, the goods will be returned and held at a local delivering depot where they will attempt redelivery (dependent upon the courier used).
