Returns Policy

Direct Wholesale Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of any unwanted goods unless there is a fault.

Please ensure you review your order before checking out, any unwanted products can be removed from the basket at this point.

Faulty Goods

All orders are carefully packed before despatch, however it is possible that sometimes good will be damaged in transit.

If you see any signs of damage to the packaging of your order this must be noted on the delivery note whilst the delivery driver is present. In this instance, please contact us via help@directimports.co.uk or on 03700 111222

If you believe the delivery has suffered major damage, please refuse the delivery. The responsibility for damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time.

If you find any damage or shortages on unpacking your order, please report it within 5 working days to us by emailing help@directimports.co.uk. Claims that fall outside of this timeframe will be waived.

We will investigate any problems that are reported to us, but we will also ask you to give us digital photographs (via email) to help us investigate. In the event of reporting faulty items, they may need to be returned to us, along with a returns form for inspection. Any items returned, will be at your own expense, and you are responsible for the shipping and handling of the contents of your shipped return.

We will acknowledge the receipt of your returned goods, which we will inspect before informing you of the final outcome. This process can take 3 - 5 working days from date we receive your items. If liability is accepted we will refund you the cost of the goods and the return shipping costs, depending on your bank this can take up to 5 working days to show in your bank account. Please note, liability will never exceed the value of the goods.

Goods do not come with any guarantee or warranty whatsoever other than implied by law for business to business sales.
